Invoice PDF to XML for KSeF
KSeF accepts invoices as a structured XML file (FA(3)), not as a PDF. Faktuwa will prepare that XML file from your PDF invoice or photo. You will check it and send it to KSeF yourself. KSeF information from the Ministry of Finance (in Polish)
For small businesses and sole traders in Poland who receive PDF invoices.

Three steps from invoice to XML
Step 1: Add an invoice
Drag a PDF or a photo of the invoice (JPG, PNG) into the converter.
Step 2: Check the data
You see the fields read from the invoice: NIP, date, net, VAT and gross. Correct anything that does not match.
Step 3: Download the XML
Download the XML file and send it to KSeF yourself.
What you check and what we do
What you check
- Invoice fields before you download the XML file: NIP, date, net, VAT and gross amounts.
- Invoice items: names, quantities and VAT rates.
- Sending the XML file to KSeF yourself.
How we work
- You check every field before you download the XML file.
- Invoices will be processed in memory only, without being saved to a database, disk or logs. We will test this before launch.
- Faktuwa does not send anything to KSeF or the Ministry of Finance.

Frequently asked questions
Does the file stay on the server?
The design says no. Invoices will be processed in memory only, without being saved to a database, disk or logs; we will test this before launch. Details are on the Security page.
Does Faktuwa send the invoice to KSeF?
No. The converter will return an XML file, and you will send it to KSeF yourself.
Are the fields always read correctly?
An AI model will do the reading, so you will check every field before you download the XML.
