1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files saved in your browser. Similar mechanisms are local storage and session storage. In this policy, "cookies" also means these mechanisms.
2. Whether we use cookies
The site [DOMENA] uses only information stored on your device that is necessary for the service you ask for:
• to remember the free conversion limit in your browser (a token, see the table below),
• to check that you are using the site as a human (Cloudflare Turnstile).
We do not use analytics, marketing or advertising cookies. We do not use external tracking scripts.
3. List of cookies and storage
Name — Type — Provider — Purpose — Period — Category — Status
[NAZWA TOKENU] — Cookie with the HttpOnly, Secure and SameSite flags — Faktuwa — Identifier for the free conversion limit (random value, kept on the server side as a hash) — until the end of the current calendar month, or until you delete it — strictly necessary (legal assessment in progress) — Planned. Not yet deployed
__cf_bm (or other Turnstile names) — Technical cookie — Cloudflare — Protection against bots — [CZAS ŻYCIA] — strictly necessary (legal assessment in progress) — To be checked in the running version
Browser local storage, if it is used — Local storage — Faktuwa — No use is planned; possibly remembering the state of a form — - — - — Currently not used
4. Legal basis
Under the Polish Electronic Communications Law (ustawa Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej, Articles 399-400), storing information on a device or gaining access to it requires your consent, except where this is necessary to transmit a message or to provide a service you have expressly asked for.
In our assessment, the limit token and the Turnstile check fall within that exception, because they are necessary for the free service you ask for to work.
5. How to manage cookies
You can delete cookies and block them in your browser settings. Deleting the token resets the free conversion counter in that browser.
Blocking necessary cookies may prevent you from using the free version.
6. What would change if we add analytics or marketing
If in the future we add analytics tools (for example visit statistics) or marketing tools (for example an advertising pixel):
1. We will install a consent banner before these tools are started. Choosing "I do not agree" must be as easy as choosing "I agree". Refusing consent may not block the service. 2. The files will start only after consent is given. Pre-ticked boxes are not allowed. 3. We will update the table in section 3 and the privacy policy (adding purposes, legal bases and providers). 4. Before enabling an analytics tool, we will enter into a processing agreement with its provider (Article 28 GDPR), and assess any transfer of data outside the EEA. 5. We will consider analytics without cookies (aggregation on the server side). Until legal advice is obtained, we do not use any analytics.
