How it works

Faktuwa turns an invoice you have already issued into an XML file. You check the data, and you send the file to KSeF yourself.

Step 1: Add an invoice
Drag a PDF or a photo of the invoice (JPG, PNG) into the converter. A file can be up to 10 MB. No account is needed.
Step 2: Check the data that was read
You see the fields read from the invoice: seller and buyer NIP, issue date, items, net amounts, VAT rate and amount, and gross. You correct each field before you download.
Step 3: Download the XML
You download an XML file in UTF-8. You log in to KSeF and send it yourself. Faktuwa does not send anything to KSeF or to the Ministry of Finance.

What you always check

An AI model does the reading, and it can get digits, dates or the VAT rate wrong. Before you download, compare every field with the original invoice.
